Shipping & Timing

Every PawHearth piece is made to order, so our timeline has two parts: your design proof, and the finished piece.

Your design proof

Within 3–5 business days of your order, we'll email your design proof — the restored photo, your chosen layout, and the words. One thoughtful revision is included. Nothing is made until you approve it.

The finished piece

Once you approve your proof and place your order, your piece is crafted within 7–10 business days, then shipped with tracking. Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped carefully and packed to arrive safely. If you're sending it as a gift, we'll include a quiet note in your words — no prices, no promotions.

If something arrives damaged

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage at hello@pawhearth.com. We'll make it right with a replacement at no cost.
