PawHearth ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email, billing and shipping details — used to fulfill your order and send order updates.
- Your pet's photo and the details you share: used solely to create your design proof and finished piece. We never use your photos for marketing without your explicit permission, and we never sell them.
- Basic site analytics: standard information like pages visited, collected through our store platform to keep the site working well.
How your photos are handled
Photos you upload are stored securely by our form provider so we can access them to create your piece. Uploaded files are reachable by their unique link; we recommend uploading pet photos only — please don't upload documents or images containing sensitive personal information.
Who we share data with
We share information only with the services that make your order possible: our store platform (Shopify), payment processors, our form provider, and shipping carriers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We send order-related emails (confirmations, your proof, shipping updates). If you opt in to news, you can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it — including your uploaded photos — by emailing hello@pawhearth.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
